Our policy is that we perform an interpretation/translation accurately, completely, and as clearly as possible. We make every effort to understand and communicate the information to others. We also take into consideration the cultural and social background of the people that we are interpreting for. Actually our function as interpreters is like a tape recorder; to hear in one language and play back in another language.

In our district, the school sites or departments within the district have to call our office to schedule an interpreter.
